Marshall Drop-Side Steel Trailers

Marshall's popular drop side trailer range is well represented throughout the country and the versatility of the removable sides enables almost any task to be carried out. Over the years Marshall have developed each model to best suit its likely environment. For example, the S/2 has been styled with a unique light weight but never-the-less robust chassis to fulfil their duties in a more recreational role at say an exclusive golf resort or a large dwelling house. The same painstaking attention to detail has been taken with the rest of our range from the S/4 to S/10, with all the models having their final destination and potential use taken into account in their design.

Marshall Rear Discharge Spreader - Vesuvius Vantage

The whole concept behind the vesuvius Vantage (Rear Discharge Spreaders) was based on the premise that a spreader was required in the marketplace that should be virtually maintenance free. A tall order but one MARSHALL have certainly achieved! The Vesuvius Vantage requires a daily visual check of the gearbox oil level and greasing by means of five remote points. Quite simply that is all that is required. Surely this is a benefit for any practical user.

The speed of discharge is controlled by our mechanical device which reduces the oil flow as the ram moves forward enabling the operator to simply engage the spool valve prior to spreading.

Marshall Muck Spreaders

From it's initial conception over 30 years ago, this spreader was built to be the best. The engineering used within it's entire construction has without a doubt been proven to out-perform all competition on the market. It's round shaft is supported between two self-aligning bearings, while being protected by a series of practical outlets for the excess slurry that if allowed will destroy a bearing. The bottom drive line input shaft is mounted with two bearings and the drive sprocket is located between them by means of a 10 pitch spline ensuring a positive and long lasting drive and this is only one of the benefits of the mechanical element of the spreader. We take pride in our reputation for the quality of our products and the thickness of material used within the spreader body; a reputation that is guarded by ensuring all the lessons from the past are incorporated into the latest MS range ensuring our legacy for quality continues.
